Hi! Im Chaz
Founder of Chazahc Studios!
Born in Angeles, Pampanga, grew up in Manila, Philippines, and founded a multimedia production business here in Columbus, Ohio, USA.
It all started with my first camera back in 2020 where I learned the technicalities and captured senior photos for my peers. Everyone loved the way I photograph, and the quality of the photos I produced, so this motivated me to build what we have today, A Full Service Media Production!
Now, I've treasured over 50+ events, captured over 500k photos, and currently work with different restaurants across Ohio for their promotions.
Let’s Collaborate Soon!
PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payments
Non-Refundable Retainer. To secure the Producer’s services and the production date(s), a non-refundable retainer of 50% is due upon signing the Agreement. Client agrees that this retainer fairly compensates the Producer for reserving the date, initiating pre-production, and turning down other potential projects. This retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Production Expenses. In addition to the Total Cost, Client and Producer will collaborate on any necessary out-of-pocket expenses required to fulfill the Services, including Meta ad spend, specialized props, equipment rentals, or travel. These expenses must be approved by the Client in writing via email or text and will be reimbursed to the Producer as they are incurred.
Payment Plan. Client may select a payment plan as agreed upon with the Producer.
Intellectual Property
Copyright Ownership:
Chazahc Studios retains all rights and copyrights to all content produced per federal law (17 U.S.C. § 201-202). This applies to all tangible and intangible works, whether registered or unregistered. Chazahc Studios reserves the right to use all produced content in the reasonable course of its business.
Client Product License: Producer grants Client a non-exclusive license to use the content for the following personal use:
-
Physical Printing: Unlimited physical copies, canvases, photo books.
-
Social Media Sharing: Posting on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social accounts.
-
Personal Gifting: Cardstock Prints, Giftboxes, Tshirts, Mugs, and other gifts shared to friends and family.
License Restrictions:
-
No Resale: Client may not sell, sublicense, or use the content or prints in merchandise for resale.
-
No Registration: Client agrees not to register the content with the U.S. Copyright Office in its own name.
-
No AI: Under no circumstances may the Client import, upload, feed, or submit any images provided by the Photographer into any artificial intelligence (AI) platform, software, application, or database. This restriction includes, but is not limited to, generative AI platforms, face-swapping software, and AI machine-learning training datasets.
Any violation of restrictions constitutes a material breach of this license. In the event of a breach, the image license granted to the Client is immediately and permanently revoked, requiring the instant removal of the photos from all public, digital, and social media platforms.
Content Usage Notice
Producer may use any content produced during this session for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, and printed materials). All content is selected with care to reflect the quality and creative standard of our work. If the Client has concerns regarding the use of specific content, they must notify Producer in writing before final delivery. Producer will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests while maintaining its brand integrity.
Artistic Release
Creative Style. Client has spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing Producer’s portfolio and has a reasonable expectation that Producer will perform the Services in a similar manner and style. Producer will use its best efforts to ensure all content reflects the Client’s unique vision while maintaining the highest standard of quality, care, and professional polish.
No Unfinished Files (RAWS). Producer does not deliver RAW files or unfinished project files (e.g., raw footage, unedited negatives, or layered design source files). These are unfinished digital components and do not represent the final product. All delivered Photography, Video Production, and Graphic Design assets are professionally edited to reflect the specific mood, brand guidelines, and theme established during pre-production.
Consistency & Artistic Judgment.
Producer will use reasonable efforts to ensure all content—including Video Production, Photography, and Graphic Design—is consistent with its current creative standards. While Producer will incorporate reasonable suggestions made by the Client to align with their vision, Client understands and agrees that:
-
Creative Diversity: Every project is unique, with different objectives, budgets, and creative requirements.
-
Subjective Art: Content production is a subjective art form. Producer maintains a unique creative vision and an evolving technical style.
-
Final Aesthetic Authority: Producer will use its professional artistic judgment when providing Services. While Client’s brand desires are a priority, Producer shall have the final say regarding aesthetic judgment and the artistic quality of the final deliverables.
-
No Personal Alterations: Client may NOT apply self-edits, mobile presets, or social media filters to the photos.
-
Non-Refundable Quality: Dissatisfaction with Producer’s aesthetic judgment, artistic ability, or creative style is not a valid reason for termination of this Agreement or a request for a refund.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations and Rescheduling. If the Client cancels or reschedules the Services, or if the Producer is unable to perform the Services due to circumstances within the Client’s control including but not limited to a project failing to occur, a location being unavailable, or essential parties failing to arrive in a timely manner, the Client must provide Notice to the Producer immediately. Producer has no obligation to fill the vacancy created by the Client’s cancellation or no-show and shall not be required to refund any monies previously paid toward the Total Cost. The Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for cancelled or rescheduled Services unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing. At the Producer’s sole discretion, if an unrelated project is secured for the same time slot, a portion of the Client’s outstanding balance may be excused.
Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for a delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement, excluding payment obligations, caused by events beyond their reasonable control including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, or government orders. The impacted party must provide Notice within five days of the occurrence. If the event prevents the performance of Services for more than twenty consecutive days following such Notice, either the Client or the Producer may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written Notice.
Failure to Perform Services. In the event the Producer cannot perform its obligations, the Producer will notify the Client immediately and make a reasonable professional effort to find professional replacement. If no replacement is agreed upon, Producer will issue a refund or credit based on the percentage of services rendered and excuse the Client of further payment obligations.
Health & Safety
Safe Working Environment. Client agrees to provide safe and appropriate working conditions for the Producer and staff. If the Producer deems the environment a threat to staff or equipment, the Producer reserves the right to cancel remaining Services and leave the location. Producer may enact a three-strike policy before departing. In such cases, the Client remains responsible for payment in full and holds the Producer harmless for incomplete coverage.
Professional Conduct. Client agrees to maintain a professional relationship with the Producer and staff. Harassment or unprofessional behavior may result in the immediate termination of services. In this event, the Client remains responsible for payment in full regardless of whether the session is completed.
Health & Safety Compliance. The Producer complies with all health and safety laws and regulations. The Client and their agents shall not carry weapons, expose the Producer to severe illness, or request any illegal or unsafe acts. The Producer reserves the right to refuse service in any area deemed unsafe in its sole discretion. In these circumstances, the Producer may end coverage immediately and retain all monies paid.
